    Mindfulness and Recovery Coach

    I'm a Cree Indigenous woman who is a second generation survivor of residential school, and in recovery from alcohol since 1995. As someone who has used many different pathways of recovery, such as 12-step, spiritual and cultural healing, therapy and mindfulness, I am accepting of the many different options that are available. I am available to women who wish to find a recovery pathway that works for them, and seek to help women find and honour their voice with strength and dignity. I have an RCP-F designation through CCAR (Connecticut Community of Addiction Recovery) meaning I am a recovery coach and trainer (F-Facilitator) of recovery coaches. I also have a CCRC (Canadian Certified Recovery Coach) certification with the CACCF in Canada. I am also trained as a mindfulness coach.
