Peer Support Specialist and Recovery Coach

At Youngstown Consulting Services, we believe meaningful support starts with understanding the person, organization, or community we serve. We take a collaborative and intentional approach, meeting people where they are and helping them identify practical strategies, resources, and next steps to move forward.

My work brings together experience in human resources, education, community engagement, coaching, and organizational support. As a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach and Designated Recovery Coach Professional (CCAR), I also provide peer-based recovery support for individuals navigating addiction, life transitions, and the challenges that can accompany recovery.

Through Youngstown Consulting Services, I work with both individuals and organizations. Services may include recovery and peer support, goal setting and accountability, career and workforce navigation, resource navigation, training and facilitation, community engagement, and organizational consulting.

Whether supporting an individual through a transition or helping an organization better serve its people, the goal remains the same: provide practical, compassionate support that helps people move from where they are toward where they want to be.
