i’m a fat, trans, sober therapist and certified life, business and recovery coach based in france. i work with individuals in recovery from addiction, disordered eating, chronic people-pleasing, and burnout. many of my clients are queer, neurodivergent, chronically ill, and/or navigating complex grief or other forms of trauma.
my approach is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and rooted in deep listening, consent, and collaboration. i draw from lived experience, professional training, and ongoing education in recovery and mental health.
