Non-clinical, harm-reduction, trauma-informed coaching
At PCRS, we provide non-clinical recovery coaching that meets you where you are—without shame or ultimatums. Our approach is harm-reduction and trauma-informed, supporting all pathways (12-step & alternatives, MAT-friendly). We’re LGBTQ+/queer-affirming, body-positive/HAES, sex-worker & kink-affirming, and guided by a racial-justice framework. We serve individuals, families, and partners—including people living with mental health diagnoses and other co-occurring conditions—with practical tools for goals, cravings plans, communication, boundaries, and resource navigation. Virtual nationwide; in-person in Greater Rochester/Western NY. Non-clinical services; we do not diagnose or provide psychotherapy and collaborate with licensed providers as needed.
