    I’m a recovery coach, mentor, and long-time facilitator who believes that real change happens through honest conversation, steady support, and respect for each person’s path. In addition over 20 years of personal recovery, I am a certified Recovery Coach, designated CCAR Recovery Coach Professional, and SMART Recovery Family Facilitator.
    My coaching approach is shaped by lived experience, decades of professional leadership, many years of competitive athletics and coaching, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to challenge ourselves; especially when life is complicated. I’ve spent many years guiding individuals, teams, and communities through transition, uncertainty, and rebuilding, and I bring that same grounded, collaborative approach into recovery coaching and support. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all answers.
