I am a certified 'Recovery Coach Professional' -- RCP with CCAR - Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery. I currently specialize in 1on1 recovery coaching. I use natural healing technologies -- a holistic approach to health / wellness in all my recovery coaching work.
I have consulted 1,000 families using compassionate interventions, coached about 500 people in at-home detox, assisted about 1,000 people into live-in rehab programs,

Working with me:
We will use natural healing techniques and holistic recovery processes. I'm strongly influenced in nutritional healing with natural foods and supplements; I coach you in natural healing recovery techniques; I also teach visualization, greater awareness, and taking control over drinking & addictions. I work virtually by phone, use daily text check-in programs, email assessments and programs, video meetings.

Our focus technique is Motivational Interviewing and live two-way communication to help resolve barriers, obstacles, resistences to natural recovery. I am very comfortable in transpersonal work as a multi-faith supporter and spiritual & religious freedom advocate.
