I am a Certified Life Coach based in Cherokee, Iowa. My coaching approach brings clarity, direction, and positive support for my clients. I help clients live their best life, by filling the gap between where they are now, and where they want to be. By identifying where growth is desired, setting goals and objectives, and holding accountability, clients will reach their highest goals and dreams. I have been in Iowa my whole life but I love to travel, do photography, and meet new people and places. I have raised two beautiful girls in becoming great adults and with their dad of which we are divorced but stayed friends. I am currently working at a Mental Health Institute, for 21 years, with 3 years in life coaching experience. I am grateful for having the ability to communicate and listen to my clients, this is my life's passion!
