The professional team's goal at Rise Up To Change is to help students remain in their home and school settings while developing confidence and life skills to help support and maintain their sobriety. We provide individualized treatment, sober coaching and monitoring for teens. Our services are focused on early intervention, interim support as a teen waits to enter a residential program and/or aftercare services which provide support after a teen completes an inpatient program.
