I am a person in long term SUD recovery as well as a Master's level licensed trained addictions counselor (LADC I). In my practice I incorporate the idea that all paths of recovery are valid and should be honored. I meet people where they are at and proceed from there. Spirituality is the foundation of my personal recovery not to be confused with religion and I'm happy to bring that to our sessions as well if so desired.
